Explaining the reasons that We Are Frank exists is perhaps the best way of illustrating why.
Our Co-Founder and Managing Director has over 12 years of sales experience. Whilst he
started out in recruitment, he’s spent the last 6 years selling SaaS to enterprise organisations for some of the world’s fastest growing and most respected
software companies.
And (he’s not one to blow his own trumpet, so we’ll do it for him) he was pretty good at it. A President’s Club member and Million Dollar Deal Club member multiple times. We like to think he knows his onions (and a quota crusher when he sees one)!
Whilst looking to move between sales roles, he was astounded by the lack of credibility, and integrity, of some of the recruitment agencies that approached him.
So much so, that he decided to do something about it. And We Are Frank is that something.
